Drink more water

Here are a few tips to help you remember to drink more water:

Set a reminder on your phone or write a big sign on your fridge.

Buy a water bottle, and remember to take it with you.

Have a glass a water, while you wait for the kettle to boil.

Drink a glass of water after you’ve been to the loo.

Add some flavour, like berries, or cucumber, or some mint.

Make fruity ice cubes.

Download an app, like DrinkWater® which sets daily goals.

Eat more foods with a higher water content, like

Eat spicy food more often, try garnishing meals with a little fresh chilli.
