Walking

We want to challenge you to get walking. If you don’t already walk regularly, as little as 10 minutes daily can make a massive difference. If you already walk daily, how about walking a bit further this week, or discovering a new route.

For some extra motivation, how about trying our photo mission by finding the following while you’re out walking.
