This week’s walking challenge is to walk from home to see the sunrise or sunset.
With lockdown in full swing again, getting outdoors in the fresh air and getting exericse in is all the more important, for both our physical and mental health. There is something very special about watching the sunrise first thing in the morning as you contemplate the day ahead, or watching it set and reflecting on the day that’s been. It’s also a great opportunity to bank some steps at the start of the day, or top up your daily total at the end!
