Chair exercises are great place to start for anyone struggling with their mobility or recovering from illness or surgery. They are also a good alternative to your usual exercise when the weather is poor and there’s a lot of ice outside.
We’ve filmed 5 different exercises for you to try at home. Try 1 minute on each exercise to start with then gradually increase the duration and frequency as you become more comfortable.
