Step 18 – I read a book

I felt the need for a bit of escapism and thought I would try and read a book. I chose the Philosopher’s Stone, the first of the Harry Potter books. Who wouldn’t like a bit of magic in their life, if only to escape to for a chapter or two?

I find reading restorative and relaxing and it makes me sit still for a while.
